CITY OF PERRIS RESIDENTS FREE JULY 1ST AT PERRIS AUTO SPEEDWAY! By Scott Daloisio   (Perris, CA, June 7, 2017) Perris Auto Speedway promoter Don Kazarian is pleased to announce that Perris residents will be admitted free when the City of Perris presents the annual Independence Day Fireworks Sky Concert and LKQ Pick Your Part presents Night of Destruction #4 on July 1st. Spectator gates will open one hour early than normal at 4:00 PM. Opening ceremonies will be at 6:45 and the first crash at the “Craziest Show on Dirt” will be at 7:05. “The City of Perris has decided to once again sponsor the Sky Concert Fireworks show and we thank them for the continued participation,” Kazarian said. “Residents of Perris (with proof of residency; driver's license or utility bill) will receive up to four free tickets. All guests must be present the day of the event. Tickets for Perris residents are only available at the track the day of the event. In addition to the racing and fireworks, there will be an on-track autograph and photo session, games for the kids with the drivers, music, great food and more. The annual Independence Day celebration has been a staple at the track since it opened in 1996. However, 2017 will be the first year that “Night of Destruction” has been the racing part of the show. Figure 8 Races, a Figure 8 Trailer Race, Democross, FormulaX Autocross /CrossKarts and Spectator Racing will comprise the racing portion of the show. Active military members with proper id, teens 13-18 with their school id and kids 6-12 get in for $5.00. Children 5 and under are free. Parking on the fairgrounds is $8.00.
