WORLD OUT OUTLAWS UP NEXT AT PERRIS AUTO SPEEDWAY ON MARCH 3RD! By Scott Daloisio (Perris, CA, February 12, 2018) Perris Auto Speedway will be taking the next two weekends off but will return to action with the “SoCal Showdown,” featuring the World of Outlaws Craftsman Sprint Cars and the USAC/CRA Sprint Cars, on March 3rd. The race, which will be the official 23rd season opener for the Riverside County speed plant, will be the only time fans will be able to see the Outlaws competing in the greater Los Angeles and San Diego areas in 2018. The Outlaws, who crisscross the country several times throughout the year, opened their season last week in Florida. Before they arrive at The PAS in a little more than two weeks, they will already have contested three races in Florida, two in Texas and two in Nevada. By the end of their season in November, they will have competed in 24 different states. Fans will be able to see the cars up close, watch the crews at work, meet the drivers, obtain autographs, take photos and purchase merchandise directly from the teams. “The World of Outlaws Fan Pit Pass puts the fans in the heat of the action,” promoter Don Kazarian said. “They can see the cars on the track and then watch the teams make necessary adjustments seconds later when they return to the pits. The pass also allows fans to interact with their favorite World of Outlaws drivers.
