USAC/CRA SPRINT CARS RETURN TO PERRIS AUTO SPEEDWAY JUNE 29! By Scott Daloisio (Perris, CA, June 18, 2019) There is no racing this Saturday night, June 22nd, at Perris Auto Speedway. Saturday night racing will return when the USAC/CRA Sprint Cars come back to the famous half-mile clay oval on June 29th. LKQ Pick Your Part will present Night of Destruction #4 and the City of Perris will present the biggest fireworks extravaganza in Riverside County on July 4th. City of Perris residents will be admitted free with proof of residency on the 4th. The PASSCAR Stock Car Series and IMCA Modifieds come back to The PAS on July 20th. While there is no racing at The PAS this Saturday night, the So Cal Oval Karters will be staging their first road race of 2019 on The PAS infield in the afternoon. Entry will be through the pit gate and fans are urged to bring lawn chairs and coolers as the main grandstands and concessions will not be open. Gates will open at 9:00 A.M. with racing at noon. If you do not wish to buy tickets in advance for any race, there will be plenty of tickets for everyone at the ticket window on race night. Perris Auto Speedway is conveniently located on the SoCal Fair and Event Center (home of October’s Southern California Fair), approximately one hour east of Los Angeles and one-hour North of San Diego. To get to the track, take the 215 freeway, on the Ramona Expressway and go three miles east to the fairgrounds.
