STREET STOCK RACE AT PERRIS AUTO SPEEDWAY ADDED TO THE SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA FAIR! By Scott Daloisio (Perris, CA, August 21, 2019) The PASSCAR Street Stocks have been added to the schedule of the Southern California Fair on the SoCal Fair and Event Center in Perris. On October 11th at 7:00 P.M., they will take to the famous Perris Auto Speedway half-mile clay oval that is located in the center of the fairgrounds. The recently added fair show will feature fender bending heat races and a thrilling 20-lap main event. It will be a full points-paying race for the Street Stocks in their championship season. The pit gate will open for competitors at 4:00 P.M. The best deal of all is for the fans. They will receive free admission to the race with a ticket to the fair. In addition to the race and the usual fair fun and great food, the Christian rock band “Kutless” will be playing on the main stage later that evening. They can also be purchased at the fair office during regular business hours. If you do not wish to purchase tickets in advance, there will be plenty available for everyone at the ticket windows on October 11th. Perris Auto Speedway is conveniently located on the SoCal Fair and Event Center (home of October’s Southern California Fair), approximately one-hour east of Los Angeles and one-hour North of San Diego. To get to the track, take the 215 freeway, on the Ramona Expressway and go three miles east to the fairgrounds.
