									  PERRIS
AUTO SPEEDWAY CANCELS FINAL RACE OF THE
									  2020 SEASON

									  By Scott
									  Daloisio

									  (Perris, CA, November 11, 2020)
What was supposed to be a celebratory 25th
anniversary season came to a disappointing
end on Wednesday when promoter Don
									  Kazarian officially canceled the annual
									  PASSCAR Champions night scheduled for
									  November 21st.

									  Eight months
ago, the season started off on a bright
note when a large crowd turned out for
Night of Destruction. However, an ominous
dark cloud was already rearing its ugly
head as news of Covid-19 was quickly
									  spreading around the globe. Initially,
Kazarian thought the track may lose a few
weeks of events. But, the weeks spread
into months, then seasons of the year to
today, when Kazarian pulled the plug on
									  the final event.

									  “It is sad
that we have to cancel our last scheduled
race of the year,” a subdued Kazarian
said. “We kept up hopes all year long that
we could get going, so it is very
disappointing. We feel bad for all the
fans and competitors. We are putting our
									  disappointment behind us and moving
forward. We are already planning for 2021.
The schedule is pretty much done and will
be out soon. As we only got in one event
in 2020, that cannot be considered a
season. So, 2021 will be our 25th
anniversary season and we will have the
same fun things planned for the fans that
we were going to do this year.”

									  Kazarian and
his entire staff urges everyone to do all
they can to stay safe and healthy. They
look forward to seeing all the fans back
									  at the track in 2021.
