									  All
Three Classes of PASSCAR Joining USAC/CRA
Sprint Cars at Perris By Scott
									  Daloisio

									  Perris, California — October 29, 2025 —
This Saturday night, November 1st, all
three classes of PASSCAR will join the
Avanti Windows & Doors USAC/CRA Sprint
Cars in a show at Perris Auto Speedway
									  presented by Heimark Distributors
									  Anheuser/Busch. As usual, spectator gates
will open at 5:00 p.m., but racing will
begin an hour earlier than normal—at 6:30.

their tangle at Perris Auto Speedway.

  Of the three
									  PASSCAR divisions—Super Stocks, Street
									  Stocks, and Factory Stocks—the Super
Stocks are shaping up to provide the most
intrigue this Saturday. Coming into the
race two weeks ago, Yucaipa’s Chuck
Becker, a proud owner of four PAS track
									  championships, held a slim three-point
advantage over 2023 class champion Ricky
									  Lee of Banning.
  In the main,
Becker started on the outside of the front
row while Lee lined up inside row two. It
was clear early on that Tony Kinkade Jr.
of Pahrump, Nevada, was the fastest car in
the race, but Becker and Lee were locked
in a fierce battle for second. Late in the
event, Becker entered turn one and Lee
clattered into him with a mighty blow.
Quickly recovering, an irate Becker saw
Lee ahead of him and retaliated, clipping
him in the left rear on the back chute. A
yellow flag waved, and Lee limped back to
									  the pits.
  A yellow came out after
the incident, and Lee was done for the
night while Becker continued in second and
held that position to the checkers.
“I was actually committed to running
the bottom of the track, and he had been
working the top,” Becker remembered. “We
got to switching it up, going back and
forth, and having a great time. Then he
went to the inside and hit me hard on the
left side of the car. I was not sure what
it was about. I got back on the throttle
pretty hard, and I saw him break loose,
									  and I never lifted.”
  The last thing
the still-hot Becker wanted to see in his
pit after the race was Lee. However, that
is just what happened. Lee walked down
there to have a chat with Becker.

“I was still wound up,” Becker said. “He
came down to my pit, and I was not real
nice at the beginning of the conversation.
He was immediately apologizing. He told me
his air cleaner blew off (it ended up
lying on the track) and he momentarily
lost concentration. How am I going to stay
mad at that? I really do like Ricky Lee.
He is a good guy, and the whole crew he
has are wonderful people. I actually hang
out with them on occasion when we can.”
									   Becker’s initial reaction is something
that has a lot to do with the driver he
is. He is a clean racer who tries to role
the car into the trailer after every race.
That is especially important this week as
the Super Stocks will be racing on back to
back weekends for the only time in 2025.
“Of course, I want to win the races,”
said the 61-year-old, who began racing in
1979 at Ascot. “That is first and
foremost. But, I do not want to do so at
the expense of the car and we only have
one week between the final two races. I
have to go a little bit on the side of
									  caution on this one.”
  Becker enters
this Saturday’s event with a slender
five-point lead over Lee. Rick Arringdale
of Victorville, Steven Welch of Cherry
Valley, and Kinkade sit third through
fifth in the Super Stock standings.
Becker was quick to thank those who
									  make his racing possible.

“Bergerson’s Heating and Air, and Toyota
of Redlands are huge for me. Also, Huss
									  Trucking, Stock All Services, Carpet
Station, Ed Moore Driveline, PRE 2.0,
									  Innovative RV, Unlimited Landscape, Billy
Wormsbecker’s Rebel Signs. A huge one to
me is BRT Racing Engines. He actually came
to my house. That is Randy Thornell, and
he does amazing things for me.”

Becker also wanted to thank Charles Roe,
Rick Becker, Kendall Scheidecker, and Dean
Huss, who all offered engines to him
before the last race when it looked as
though mechanical ills may have prevented
him from racing. Also, Tyler Gitmed, who
offered his entire car turn key and ready
									  to go.
  Heading into Saturday, in
the Street Stocks, Riverside’s Shaun Estes
came into the last race undefeated in both
heats and mains for 2025. He won his heat
and led much of the main before Billy
Griffin of Buena Park tracked him down and
took the 20-lap victory. Despite the loss,
									  Estes—the 2012 class champion—still holds
a 20-point lead over George Leventis of
Palos Verdes, with Chad Mahony, Hemet’s
Tim “Shaggy” Shadduck, and Stefan Davies
of Murrieta rounding out the top five.
Finally, in the Factory Stocks, David
Stites, the two-time champion from Canyon
Lake has won all five main events this
season. He’ll look to keep his streak
alive this Saturday and complete a perfect
season on November 8th. His advantage over
James Keller of Oak Hills sits at 12
points. Cameron Broe of Ramona, Kris
Carnish of Menifee, and Lanny Savage of
									  Colton complete the top five.

Saturday’s tickets are $35.00 for fans age
13 and up. For seniors 65 and over, it is
									  $30.00. Kids 6 – 12 get in for $10.00, and
children 5 and under are free. Parking on
the fairgrounds is $20 (parking payment is
by card only). Advance tickets are
available at tix.com, and walk-up tickets
will be available at the gate.

Perris Auto Speedway is located on the
Lake Perris Fairgrounds, 18700 Lake Perris
									  Drive, Perris, California. On-site camping
is available for $25 per night beginning
									  at noon on Fridays.
